Overview
The StartingPoint.
Codenzic designed a connected CRM and operations dashboard for Home Decor, bringing sales, purchasing, inventory, customer records, returns, and reporting into one workspace.
The Challenge
- Home Decor needed a clearer operational view across a large product catalogue, customer accounts, sales, purchases, and returns. Key numbers were difficult to compare quickly, and teams needed one system that could support daily transactions as well as management reporting.
Our approach
How WeWent At It.
Step 1
Mapped retail workflows across products, customers, sales, and purchasing
Step 2
Defined a modular navigation model for frequent operational tasks
Step 3
Prioritised key financial totals and trend comparisons on the dashboard
Step 4
Designed product performance views for best, least, and critical items
Step 5
Created a scalable interface for reporting and role-based user access
Solution
What WeDelivered.
Codenzic created a role-based dashboard with dedicated modules for categories, products, sales, sales returns, purchases, purchase returns, customers, reports, and users. The main view combines core totals, period comparisons, cash-flow and profit charts, and product performance signals.
